Delivery Policy

OFMAI is a fully digital service. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables (subscription access, credits, generated content) are provided electronically through your account at ofmai.ai.

- Subscriptions: activated immediately upon successful payment. Your monthly credit allocation appears in your account balance within 1 minute. - Credit top-ups: added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment, typically within 1 minute. - Generated content (images, videos, voice): produced on demand within seconds to a few minutes depending on the generation type. Results are stored in your account library and remain available for download for the duration of your account.

All access is provided through your authenticated account at https://ofmai.ai. After each successful purchase you will receive a confirmation email containing the invoice and a summary of the transaction.

We target 99% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance through the platform. If a generation fails due to an outage on our side, the corresponding credits are automatically returned to your balance.

If credits do not appear in your account within 10 minutes of payment, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference. We will investigate and, if needed, manually credit your account or refund the payment to the original payment method.

OFMAI is available worldwide, subject to local laws. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. The service is restricted to users aged 18 or older.
